Natalie O'Shea

Nat is a qualified urban planner who has spent the last 20 years of her career working with communities in policy implementation and development approvals for both public and private sectors to facilitate positive social change. Nat is passionate about being kind and doing what we can to live the best life possible to support our overall health and wellbeing and she brings these values to the work we do in our community, and our team.

AJ Hill

AJ is a truly compassionate, caring and patient sole who has extensive work experience as a Support Worker, Support Coordinator and Operations Lead within the disability industry. She loves the great outdoors and values the opportunity to provide personalised support to people who need it within the local community. AJ is a great positive leader for our team, has strong family values and a beautiful smile which are just some of the qualities we love about her and enjoy sharing with everyone involved in our Rooster Tours family.

Michelle Pawson

Michelle is a qualified aged care worker who has extensive experience in lifestyle assistance, personal care and social support activities. She is passionate about helping people live their best lives by engaging in activities that are meaningful to them. As a true Gippsland local. Michelle has a strong connection to the community and takes a person-centred approach to support, ensuring every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered. She is also a proud mum of two, bringing a family-oriented and holistic perspective to her work.  With a caring, energetic nature and love for the outdoors, Michelle creates positive and engaging experiences for participants. Her enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication make her a highly valued team member.

Daniel O'Shea

Dan is a compassionate and skilled support worker with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, making him uniquely equipped to support individuals of all ages navigating mental health challenges.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Counselling (July 2025 completion)

  • Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs (currently studying)

  • Qualified Personal Trainer

Experience:

  • Extensive experience supporting youth and adults living with ADHD, ASD, emotional dysregulation, and complex mental health conditions

  • A proven ability to connect with individuals and create a safe, supportive environment for personal growth and healing.

Garan Levingston

Garan brings over 20 years experience with mental health, alcohol and  drug related recovery, providing mentoring, advocacy, and support to individuals facing these challenges. His goal is to empower clients to lead successful and fulfilling lives, guiding them through recovery with compassion and expertise. A dedicated mentor and advocate, Garan has worked extensively with youth and individuals navigating mental health and substance use issues, offering them hope, guidance, and practical support. His knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to our team and the wider community. Beyond his work, Garan is a passionate musician who finds inspiration in playing guitar, using his love for music as a toll for connection and healing. His warmth, dedication, and insight make him a respected and trusted support worker with our team.

Rohan Work

Rohan has the heart and soul of what a community minded person is all about. Rohan values empowering and supporting people to achieve their goals in order to be the best version of themselves. He has extensive work experience in the disability industry including establishing a music group to play at community events called the 'Cosmic Chickens', has specialised training in deescalating aggressive behavior and understanding of autism spectrum disorder. We are truly privileged and grateful for Rohan's friendship, creative talents, and wisdom that he shares with our team and clients.

Debbie has a deep appreciation of mental health and disabilities, not just through her work, but also personal lived experience raising her family. She is a proud wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with those she loves. Debbie's true understanding of mental health impacts and kind heart is wonderful to share with our community and team.

Sophie is a local to Drouin, a loving mum of 3 children and has strong background in customer service, retail and banking.  Recently venturing into support work, Sophie discovered her passion for helping others and has even taken on further studies to deepen her knowledge and expertise in the field. Sophie has a kind nature, excellent communication skills and is amazing at building positive rapport with people which is a perfect combination for connecting and supporting individuals of all backgrounds and abilities. As a qualified Habit Coach, she is passionate about helping individuals build positive routines, improve well-being, and achieve their goals.  A long-time local to Latrobe Valley, Stacey has a deep connection within the community and understands the importance of tailored, meaningful support. She is an outdoor enthuasiast who loves camping, exploring nature, and spending time with her dogs, Barkley & Mac, always encouraging participants to embrace new experiences. Known for her positive energy and uplifting spirit, Stacey creates a supportive and motivating environment, making her a valued member of our team.

Outside of work, she also has a love for gaming, adding to her ability to connect with participants through shared interests and interactive activities.

Stacey is a qualified primary school teacher with more than 14 years experience working in the public sector for the education industry. Stacey is passionate about serving and supporting individuals and community, and has spent a large part of her career helping children and families with their learning and development goals moving forward. She is a proud and loving mother of two young boys and enjoys spending time in nature. Stacey's strong communication and academic skills are highly valued in our team and her support enables us to continue doing the amazing work we do.
